Roger Doumanian has spent nearly 15 years helping clients protect their business interests through personalized legal advice and representation. Roger is licensed to practice law in the states of California and Texas. He speaks English, Armenian, and Spanish.
Roger has advised and represented clients on a full spectrum of business transactions, including business formation, corporate and limited liability company (LLC) compliance matters, business sale and purchase transactions, trademark registration, maintenance, and cease-and-desist matters, contract negotiations and dispute settlement matters, domain name dispute matters, as well as numerous other business issues and matters.
Roger graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Southwestern Law School in 2005.
Roger is currently admitted as a member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Court-Central District of California, and the State Bar of Texas. He has been a guest speaker for various business organizations and on radio shows for KRLA and Radio Nueva Vida. He is also a Member of the Santa Clarita Chamber of Commerce, as well as a Member of and Advisor to the Small Business Council of the Santa Clarita Chamber of Commerce.
Roger is the author of The 6 Pillars of Business Success: Doing Business Right, which was published in July of 2018 by 6 Pillars Publishing.
